Ingredients
 
 

  • 0.5 cup cashew sour cream See above for the link to this recipe
  • 3 tbsp capers chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion or shallot, minced
  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup or any other liquid sweetener
  • 2 tbsp dill fresh, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tarragon fresh, chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • First prepare the Cashew Sour Cream
  • Chop the fresh herbs, onion and capers
  • Whisk all the ingredients well in a mixing bowl.
