aper Aioli Sauce.
To make this Aioli sauce, you will need start with creating your Cashew Sour Cream. Alternatively, you could use a non-dairy mayonnaise instead.
Caper Aioli
Very creamy and full of flavor.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup cashew sour cream See above for the link to this recipe
- 3 tbsp capers chopped
- 2 tbsp red onion or shallot, minced
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup or any other liquid sweetener
- 2 tbsp dill fresh, chopped
- 1 tbsp tarragon fresh, chopped
- 1.5 tbsp dijon mustard
- 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- First prepare the Cashew Sour Cream
- Chop the fresh herbs, onion and capers
- Whisk all the ingredients well in a mixing bowl.
