WHAT I DO & HOW I CAN HELP YOU!

I teach busy professionals, like yourself, how to make healthier lifestyle choices through making dietary and lifestyle changes.  This way they can increase their productivity, reduce their stress, and revitalize their overall health and wellbeing.

I am a certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach and a Professional Plant Based Chef working to help individuals to improve their health in a simple and attainable way, especially the ones with chronic ailments. I believe in using evidence-based diet and lifestyle changes to help my clients regain and maintain optimal health, by gradually introducing healthy eating habits and living practices specific to their body and lifestyle.

Each person is unique and his or her life circumstances and priorities are always taken into consideration. I understands that changing habits and creating a healthy lifestyle does not happen overnight. I guide clients to remove barriers, creating new healthy practices one step at a time. With the knowledge that we aren’t “perfect” all the time, I remind my clients to enjoy life and food, while finding balance and getting back on track.

I will utilize my education, both from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a bachelor degree in science, being a certified professional plant based chef, certified FOK (Forks over Knives) chef plus 20 years in consulting to turn your health around. So you can feel better, have more energy and be your healthiest self.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

I work as a Health Coach at Food Matters and also run my own health coaching practice named JvVHealth. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and personal stories in the hopes of empowering others to transform their relationship with food, their own body and their health.

  • Before moving into the corporate world and technology, I did a lot of research.  Reestablished the allowable values of several neurotoxins for all of Europe before the European Union was established by doing a lot of brain surgery on mice and rats.

  • I like to ride my bike and I was the VP of the St. Petersburg Bike Club
  • Other hobbies are fishing and boating or just hanging out on the beach

Everything starts with a FREE discovery session. The discovery session is free because I want you to feel comfortable before you decide to invest your time and money with me.  This discovery session also determines which program would be best suited for you.

Session Approach

BI-WEEKLY MEETINGS

These sessions take place in person, phone or Zoom.  You will receive informative handouts that will increase your health and wellness knowledge.  You will also have full eMail support between sessions and my personal commitment to your health and success.
