weet Balsamic Dressing.

Start by making your date paste as a base for this dressing. You could use another sweetener but the date paste is my favorite. Date paste is something you can make in advance and store in your freezer. It will never freeze solid so it will be easy to take your scoop of date paste and start your next dressing because you will run out – this is so good. Try it on your portobello mushroom burger or with your potatoes.

Notes

This dressing can be made in advance. I actually like to make it in advance so the flavors can meld together. This dressing (or marinade) will stay good for a few weeks in your fridge (if it will last that long!)
