Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cups cashews raw cashews
  • 0.25 cup apricot paste
  • 0.75 cup coconut water
  • 0.5 vanilla bean just the seeds!
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak the cashews in water for about 1 to 2 hours to soften.
  • After soaking add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

Cashew cream will keep for about a week in the refrigerator. It can also be frozen for a few months.
