To thin the vinaigrette, you can use a splash or orange juice or just water
Add the mixture into a jar or bottle, close the lid and shake well
Before each use make sure to shake the dressing

Use as a delicious dressing or pour over cooked asparagus, potatoes with fresh capers and herbs. This dressing can be made in advance. I actually like to make it in advance so the flavors can meld together.
