Halloween Treats
All these Halloween Recipes are
Whole Food Plant Based!
Healthy and scary good
These are not your regular Halloween treats that normally consists of candy, candy and more candy that is full of sugar. These homemade treats are still a lot of fun but without all the sugar, artificial colorings, flavorings and preservatives to keep things healthy. I do not recommend to give them to the trick-or-treaters but they are great for your next Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) Halloween party.
Just invite a bunch of your friends and have fun.

Green Grape Caterpillars
These green grape caterpillars are easy to make and are a great treat for halloween. They look adorable and are delicious even if your first reaction might be to stay away from these creepy crawlers.
Black Widow Spider Eggs
No eggs in these "black widow spider eggs!" but they look like real eggs with some creepy spiders protecting them.
Stuffed Jack-O-Lantern Peppers
To make these Stuffed Jack-O-Lantern Peppers look eerie, I filled them with plant based Pad Thai. The Pad Thai was made with kelp noodles, mushrooms, carrots, green onions, onions, garlic, ginger, coconut milk, tamari and curry.
Ghoul-camole Pumpkin
Who do you think will dip their chips in the Ghoul-camole Pumpkin? Don't let the looks scare you....

Bloody Vampire
Packed with vitamins and nutrients, this sweet and tasty "bloody vampire" juice is made with carrots, apples, collard greens and beets.
Spiderweb Soup
This holiday-inspired soup is a versatile way to use any squash of the season, or sweet potatoes. A drizzle of black bean soup and a little creativity completes this comforting Autumn spiderweb soup.
Fruit Monster
I could have called this a vomiting watermelon, but I wasn't sure if that would have been the most appetizing idea. Then again, this fruit monster is throwing up watermelon and pineapple.
