ahini Dressing.

There are lots of different ways to make a tahini dressing (we even have a few on our site!) but the below is pretty standard and easy to make. The tahini gives this dressing a Middle Eastern feel and the lemon, garlic, and apple cider vinegar flavors really give it a kick! Easy to make, just needs a blender or a food processor. Experiment by adding a bit more lemon or a bit less garlic, or add something new like ginger. Works well on falafel burgers and salads.

The unique flavor of this tahini dressing is from the tahini but play around with the amounts of the other ingredients or even add new, to make this dressing your own.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 gloves garlic minced
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  • You might need to increase the amount of the different ingredients to create enough volume for your blender.
