Green Detox Salad
This salad is filled with nutritional benefits. The bitter greens are high in vitamins A and C, the avocado and nuts/seeds will supply your body with healthy fats and the cucumber will rehydrate your body. A great way to replenish your body with daily vitamins.
Ingredients
- 1 cup arugula Baby Arugula
- ½ cucumber
- 1 avocado
- ½ cup cilantro finely chopped
- ½ cup parsley finely chopped
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup sunflower seeds

Besides the walnuts and sunflower seeds that are optional, you could also add some seaweed flakes (Dulse) for some extra flavor and nutrients.
