reen Chutney.
This green chutney burst with flavor from the mint, cilantro and lemon juice. In addition the chiles will give it a nice kick. Chutney is like the Indian version of ketchup but if you like flavor and you don’t mind spicy, this condiment is much better.
Traditionally I used it with samosa and grilled veggies. Now I use it on almost everything. I use it as a salad dressing on sandwiches and wraps and to spice up all the ingredients in a Buddha bowl. As you can tell, a very versatile condiment, you should give it a try.
Making this green chutney is pretty easy, the only thing you need is a high speed blender. Combine all ingredients into the blender and blend until you reach a smooth consistency. After you reach the consistency you like, taste and add some additional chiles, lemon juice or salt if needed.
