This avocado soup is a creamy nutrient-packed snack or appetizer option. It is a cold soup, which most people will have to get used to. But this soup has everything your body is craving for.
Avocado Soup
This avocado soup is a creamy nutrient-packed snack or appetizer option.
Ingredients
- 2 avocado
- 0.25 cup spinach
- 0.25 cup red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 jalapeño pepper to taste, if you like spicy add more!
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 0.5 lemon you can use a lemon or lime
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and squeeze half a lime or lemon into the blender too.
- Add water halfway up to the level of all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Add any additional water until desired soup like consistency is reached.
- Pour into bowls to serve.
Notes
Because everything goes into the blender, you do not have to worry about slicing and dicing your ingredients. Just wash the ingredients and cut them into smaller pieces.
Optional: Crush a handful of "Brad’s Raw Leafy Kale Nacho" and sprinkle on the top. Garnish with lemon or lime wedge and enjoy!
