Decide when you want to start the challenge

Look at your calendar and map out a 30-Day time frame for the challenge.  Allow two to three weeks before the challenge starts for promoting and spreading the word, to generate excitement and allow project members to signup.

It is easier to keep people engaged for shorter challenges such as a 30-day plan.  Let’s face it; everyone is busy and we tend to have short attention spans.  Motivation comes and goes pretty easily.  I have done different challenges and I have found what works and what does not.

During the Health & Wellness 30-Day Challenge, we will focus on one key strategy each week:
