Remove the center from the apple and pear but you can leave the skin on.
For the pineapple, you remove the skin but if you have a good blender, you can keep the center.
use a coffee grinder for the goji berries and flax seeds before you add them to the blender
Add all ingredients to the blender (I use a Vitamix) and run the blender until smooth.
Notes
You could add some other ingredients:
Spinach
Fresh Turmeric
Any berries that are in season (e.g. Strawberries, Blueberries, etc.)
Ice
Because I make my own Almond milk, I just put all the ingredients into the blender and add water vs. making the Almond milk first. This saves one step because I'm not filtering the Almond milk in this case.
