Browned Brussels Sprouts with Grapes and Walnuts
Not everyone likes Brussels sprouts. But try this recipe, the grapes and walnut might do the trick :-)

balsamic vinegar

toasted and coarsely chopped

sea salt

Instructions
Blanch the brussels sprouts.
In a deep 12" skillet add the blanched and drained Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Add thyme plus some salt & pepper to taste.
Roast until caramelized and tender (about
20 minutes
) and add in the grapes, walnuts and drizzle the vinegar over the dish.
Heat for another
5 minutes
.
Notes
You can also make this in the oven. Put the Brussels sprouts on a rimmed baking sheet (for this amount probably two to evenly distribute the sprouts).
