Make sure you always have this delicious vegan parmesan cheese topping on hand in your fridge. This way you are ready and prepared to sprinkle it on top of salads, soups, veggies and pizza!
Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender.
Blend until a powdery texture is achieved (if you like it chunkier, just process it less).

Note: You can also use store bought almond flour vs. the raw almonds. The recipe calls for 1 tsp of onion flakes but you can also use garlic powder or what I do - 1/2 tsp of onion flakes and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.
