3½cupchickpeasOrganic Garbanzo Beans - no salt added
¾cupsun dried tomatoesdon't use the ones in oil
1clovegarlic
2tbsptahini(add some more if you like the tahini flavor)
1tspsambalor any other hotsauce
¼tspblack pepperfreshly ground
¼tspsea saltto taste
3tbsplemon juice
½cupparsley(optional) you ca use cilantro too
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a bender and add some of the chickpea juice (or water) to get the blending started. Blend into a smooth paste adding additional chickpea juice or water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
Taste and adjust the seasonings.
Transfer the hummus into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
Pick your 5 carrots that look like finger and make this into an eary graveyard scene. Slice some other vegetables or add pieces of bread for serving.
