  1. Add all ingredients into a bender and add some of the chickpea juice to get the blending started.
  2. Blend into a smooth paste, add chickpea juice if needed. Add extra olive oil if needed to reach the desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
  4. Transfer the hummus into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
  5. Slice some vegetables or add pieces of for serving.
