Instructions
  1. Soak the cashews in water for about 1 to 2 hours to soften.
  2. After soaking add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Recipe Notes

Cashew cream will keep for about a week in the refrigerator (if it will last that long). It can also be frozen for a few months.
