Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 carrots large carrots shredded
  • 0.5 cup raisins white/yellow raisins
  • 1 tsp sage fresh sage finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup almonds shredded almonds
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juiced

Instructions
 

  • Mix the shredded carrots, raisins, lemon juice, sage, shredded almonds, salt and pepper all together.
  • Serve on a plate with some greens and top with alfalfa sprouts if available.
