pplesauce Vinaigrette.

This applesauce vinaigrette uses applesauce (as the name implies) to produce a surprisingly thick vinaigrette that is virtually fat free. This dressing goes great with a salad topped with avocado and nuts, or alongside a nut-based veggie burger. If you would like to make it less sweet, feel free to play with some of the seasonings.

After tasting this dressing you can adjust based on your liking. Add another teaspoon of maple syrup if you would like the vinaigrette to be sweeter. To make this vinaigrette thinner, simply add a few teaspoons of water and blend again.
