The Nudge Score
The Nudge Score is a single number that ranks how healthy a Nudge user is living on a scale from 0 to 110. It is a 30-day index, or consolidated snapshot of ongoing health-related behaviors.
Nudge calculates one score for each individual day of logging, then adds the 30 most recent days together to create the final Nudge Score that is displayed on your Profile Page.
The Nudge app integrates with over 80 apps and wearables to help you leverage virtually any popular fitness tracking or journaling tool that is available.
You can also manually track your progress or together we can create additional trackers tailored specifically to your individual needs.
Both the Nudge App and Nudge Coach are built for HIPAA compliance from the bottom up to eliminate all concerns regarding the transfer of protected health information (PHI).
