The Nudge Score is a single number that ranks how healthy a Nudge user is living 30-days-of-lifestyle-healthon a scale from 0 to 110.  It is a 30-day index, or consolidated snapshot of ongoing health-related behaviors.
Nudge calculates one score for each individual day of logging, then adds the 30 most recent days together to create the final Nudge Score that is displayed on your Profile Page.

In Addition:

The Nudge app integrates with over 80 apps and wearables to help you leverage virtually any popular fitness tracking or journaling tool that is available.

You can also manually track your progress or together we can create additional trackers tailored specifically to your individual needs.


Both the Nudge App and Nudge Coach are built for HIPAA compliance from the bottom up to eliminate all concerns regarding the transfer of protected health information (PHI).

New to Nudge?  Follow the below steps to get started.

  • 1 – Go to the App Store or Google Play and download “Nudge Health Tracking“.
  • 2 – Open the app and enter your personal info to create your account.
  • 3 – Sync any app or wearable tracker you are using by tapping “Synced Apps” on the Profile screen.

    Sync any and all apps you are using and your data will update automatically in Nudge.

  • 4 – Tap the “Coach” tab at the bottom  >  and then tap “Enter a Code“.

    Enter the Promo Code I have provided you and your account will be connected. If you do not have a Promo Code , send me a quick message.

  • 5 – After you are successfully connected, you should get an immediate confirmation message.

    In addition,  send me a quick note through Nudge to let me know you are ready to go!

  • 6 – Next step is to tap the “Log” tab at the bottom > and enter your progress.

That is it!   Now you are ready to start this journey with Nudge. Do not forget to go to the “Log” each day to track your habits.
