This module looks at the foods for meals and snacks to support the detox, as well as foods to avoid. The “Eat Lean, Get Clean” detox program removes most allergen, and inflammatory-causing foods and drinks, whether you are aware of the sensitivity or not. Removing these foods will help to relieve the burden on the immune and digestive system.
Of course, any foods that you know you are allergic or sensitive to, should be removed as well.
