Please remember – you cannot fail at this!

Although we recommend you give the 21 day “Eat Lean, Get Clean” detox a full try, if you need more food, that is okay, especially during the first week.

Even if you continue to eat your normal food and simply add these juices, smoothies and other whole food plant based recipes to your day, you will be providing your body with a huge influx of nutrients, plus you might start to “crowed-out” some of the bad stuff!

There is no losing doing this detox.  Do what feels right for you and your body.  Experiment with trying our recipes and you will still get huge benefits!  You are doing something wonderful for your body by providing it with all this beautiful nutrition.
